New 100,000 SF for Food Processing Facility in Haverhill, MA

The scope of work included:

• Erosion control measures and clearing and grubbing of approximately 7.5 acres.
• Stripping and export of approximately 7,000 cubic yards of topsoil.
• Site cutting of approximately 7,200 cubic yards and filling of 45,898 cubic yards.
• Site preparation for 3 different retaining walls and slope stabilization using Curlex banket.

Utility installations included:

• 420 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer with 4 sewer manholes.
• Two 10,000-gallon grease traps and one oil/water separator for water treatment.
• 1,680 linear feet of 10” water main.
• 5,690 linear feet of 4” to 24” drainage pipe.
• 10 catch basins, 2 double catch basins, 20 drain manholes, 3 Jellyfish structures. and 4 outlet control structures for stormwater management.
• Excavation and installation of approximately 3,300 linear feet of underground plumbing with the building footprint.
• Electrical infrastructure included setting 2 electric manholes, 2 oil containment structures, site lighting, and bases.

The final site preparation included fine-grading of 10,800 square yards of pavement.
